What is the Circle Soirée?

The Circle Soirée is a fundraiser event with the purpose to raise funds to support larger PTO projects for Circle Greenwich Elementary.

What will the money be used for?

Unlike our traditional Spring Fundraiser that supports the PTO Operating Costs throughout the school year, the Circle Soirée will raise funds dedicated to a large scale project. The 2025 project selected has been the outside spaces, to include landscaping or playground equipment.

Who can attend?

The event is open to anyone, ages 21+. You do not have be a CGE parent or staff member to attend. This is an adults only event!

What do I wear?

Cocktail Attire.

For women - dresses, jumpsuits, or slacks with a button-up blouse.

For men - slacks paired with a collared shirt; tie and sport coat optional.

Please note, per Crestview Country Club, jeans are not allowed and men must wear a collared shirt.

What can I expect at the event?

The Soirée will include a cocktail and social hour followed by a catered meal; your ticket includes your meal and one drink ticket. A cash bar is available for additional drinks. A live and silent auction is scheduled along with a DJ and dancing!

How do I purchase a ticket?

Tickets are $100/each and can be purchased via Venmo, Cash or Check. A table can be reserved for $1,000 and inclues eight tickets plus Event Sponsorship Advertisement. Physical tickets will not be handed out; names will be on a list at the event, so please ensure the names of all attending are included with your payment.

Cash/Check - Drop off with Mrs. Tripp at Circle Greenwich. Please include the names of those attending. Checks should be made out to "Circle Greenwich Elementary PTO".
